Better late than never – RIGHT?
The weekend was kind of a blur and I just couldn’t seem to find the few minutes that I needed to get this post up. That being said, here’s a work week meal plan.
Monday
Pork Schnitzel With Barley and Spinach Salad
Tuesday
Turkey Tacos
Wednesday
Tuna Cakes and Spinach Salad
Thursday
Turkey Sausages With Zucchini and Tomatoes on Pasta
Friday
Grandma’s Stew (my grandma actually made it – it’s in the freezer!)
Grocery List
*note #1: items not on our grocery list will be something that we already have on hand*
- pork chops
- all-natural hot dogs (on sale, so in the freezer they go)
- milk x 2 bags
- ground turkey x 2 packages
- frozen blueberries
- cold cuts
- macintosh apples for me
- granny smith apples for chris
- bananas x 4
- tomatoes x 3
- tuna
- green onions
- avocado
- lime
- baby spinach
- zucchini x 2
- onions x 1 bag
- bread
- tortillas
- Halloween onesie for baby
- paper towels

Beware of the “all natural” claim. These “natural” processed foods contain cultured celery extract, which is a source of nitrates and nitrites.
Yes, I’ve noticed that. But at least they contain less nitrates than normal ones!
