It’s been a while.. did you miss me?

My latest assignment for my online course was to create a logo for anything I wanted.  When I began the course back in May, I knew right away that I was going to use this assignment to create something special for this little blog of mine.  So last week I got to work and managed to bring my vision to life.  Once I had an actual logo, I figured that might as well go big or go home, so I took the blog down for a few days and got to work. I had been wanting to change-up the look of the blog for quite some time to something a little cleaner and crisper and I finally think I’ve got it!

I was hoping that this new reveal would come along with a great photo-packed post, however, I couldn’t wait any longer and am showing it off tonight.  You see, I’m on holidays now! — YAY! — But, we’re doing a ‘stay-cation’ this time around, so you’ll still be hearing from me this week… maybe to rub in the fact that I don’t have to go to work, or something like that.

To my Canadian friends, I hope you are enjoying your long weekend! Be sure to soak up every last bit of sun that you can tomorrow!  To my American friends, maybe you could just call in sick and pretend you have a long weekend as well?
