Chicken Burgers + Salad (ground chicken, bbq sauce, dijon, lettuce, tomato, spinach)

Wednesday

Grilled Sausages, lentils + salad (Country Naturals sausages, lentils, spinach)

Thursday

Turkey & Quinoa Skillet (ground turkey, diced tomatoes, spices, quinoa, lime, cilantro)

Friday

BBQ Chicken Leg/Thighs, potatoes + Salad (chicken leg/thighs, bbq sauce, potatoes, spinach)
